Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups light mayo
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Take 2/3 cups (10 tbs.) of light mayo
  2. Add lemon zest and lemon juice
  3. Use a pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, mix. Spread on sandwiches, or use on salads.
