Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Carry in an airtight plastic bottle.
  4. Shake before using.
