Directions:

  1. Using a fork scrape down cucumbers lengthwise leaving stripes all the way down.
  2. Slice cucumbers into desired thickness.
  3. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix and stir until well blended.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on cocktail bread slices.
  5. Lay one slice of cucumber on cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle dill weed over and arrange on pretty platter.
