Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer refried beans on bottom of a quiche dish or other flat sided dish.
  2. Combine yogurt and sour cream with taco seasoning and refrigerate until ready to layer.
  3. Mash avocados, sprinkling with the lemon juice, combining till smooth then layer on top of refried beans.
  4. Add the sour cream mixture on top of the avocado layer.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Sprinkle tomato pieces over the cheese.
  7. Last layer is the chopped onion, if using.
  8. Serve with dipping chips.
