Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix first five ingredients.
  2. Add eggs, oil.
  3. Add the Buttermilk gradually until you come to the desired texture of your pancake batter.
