Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well, grease unheated griddle or skillet over medium heat until hot. cook pancakes until golden brown.
  2. Add maple syrup or jam if you'd like.
