Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 5 -6 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add beaten egg to dry ingredients.
  3. Alternate with buttermilk, then add oil and stir until mixed.
  4. Cook on hot greased griddle until done.
