  2. Scatter onion in a sprayed 9x13.
  3. Layer on the pork, beef, chicken and sausage. Season. Cover with beer. Top with onion.
  4. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.
  5. Uncover. Turn oven up to 450. Bake 30 minutes.
