Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 7 g yeast
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix-1: Beat sugar and eggs until harden.
  2. Mix-2: Mix flour, yeast, add vanilla powder if available
  3. Mix-3: warm the coconut milk and salt
  4. Add Mix-3 to Mix-2 slowly while stirring until mixed.
  5. Add Mix-1 to above slowly while stirring, mix well.
  6. Let the dough sit covered with paper towel or kitchen towel, in a warm environment until the dough rises to twice the original size.
  7. Preheat oven 350°F and heat the mold.
  8. Once mold is hot enough and the dough risen, pour the dough into the mold 3/4 way and add chocolate sprinkles or cheese (grated) or raisin on top.
  9. Baked for 15-17 minutes. Let cool, and eat up.
