Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Flatten around skewers.
  4. Refrigerate 30 mins to 12 hours.
  5. Grill on medium heat about 6 mins per side.
