  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the sugar and the lime juice. Add the kiwi, tossing to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, ricotta, sour cream, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Serve the kiwi, with its syrup, topped with the ricotta cream.
