Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet.
  3. Slice the bread to desired size slices.
  4. Spread a thin layer of prepared pesto onto each slice.
  5. Top with chopped tomatoes then 1-2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place onto baking sheet in one layer.
  7. Broil for about 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Delicious!
