Tomato Bruschetta

  1. Brush each slice of bread with oil, a sprinkle of garlic and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Place under the broiler until just golden.
  3. Add a slice of tomato and sprinkle with mozzarella and basil.
  4. Broil until it begins to turn brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
