Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the crab, onions, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in crab.
  4. Drop by tablespoons full 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 400º F for 20-25 min.or until golden. Remove to wire racks. Serve warm
