Ingredients:

  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1 medium onion (sliced )
  • 3 -4 medium potatoes ( cut in lg cubes)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can green beans

Directions:

  1. Place everything in covered skillet except for green beans, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add green beans during the last 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
