Ingredients:

  1. In a large pot wit cover, heat oil. Add 1/2 mushrooms, onion & garlic. Saute about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add oregano & basil saute 2 minutes.Stir in chicken broth, barley & bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover & cook 25-30 minutes, Mix in carrots, zuccini,broth & mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer 20 minutes.Taste. If needed add the remainging ingredients.
