Key Lime Crisps Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream 1 butter and full pouch of key lime filling mix.
  3. Add 2 eggs and stir until blended.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt and full pouch of complete crust.
  5. Add Hersheys white chips/macadamia mix and lime zest.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, form into tbs. balls.
  7. Roll dough in white sugar.
  8. Place dough 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake 18 minutes.
  10. Makes about 40 3' cookies.
