Peanut Butter and Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 and spray a large cookie sheet.
  2. Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, and butter and beat with an electric mixer.
  3. Slowly beat in eggs.
  4. In a seperate bowl mix flour, soda and salt.
  5. Slowly, by hand mix wet and dry together.
  6. Make dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  7. With your thumb make an indention in the cookie, flatening the balls slightly.
  8. Put three butterscotch chips in the center of each cookie.
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes.
