Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil is a non stick skillet.
  2. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add veal and beef, season with salt& pepper and cook breaking up with spoon until no longer pink.
  4. Drain grease.
  5. Add garlic tomatoes, ginger, garam masala and jalapenos, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add peas and lower heat, cook for 5-10 minutes more until flavor is blended.
  7. Stir in lemon juice and basil.
  8. Serve over basmati rice.
