Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp catsup
  • minced garlic to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Press pepper into brisket. Place in roasting pan. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, catsup and garlic. Mix well and pour over brisket. Marinate, covered in refrigerator overnight. Bake, covered with foil.
