Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 lb beef liver , cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, and sesame seeds until golden. Add liver and cook, while stirring, until it loses its red color.
  2. Sprinkle on flour, then stir in pepper, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then cook 1-2 minutes. Serve at once with hot fluffy rice.
