Kamora Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup kamora coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 egg whites , beaten stiff

Directions:

  1. In saucepan over very low heat, mix Kamora and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Melt chocolate and cream in top of double boiler and mix until smooth, remove from heat and cool for 20 mins
  4. Stir chocolate into Kamora mixture
  5. Carefully fold in egg whites, then whipped cream
  6. Chill 3 hours before serving.
