Kaitlin's Delicious Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and bananas together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  3. Fill muffin pan 3/4 full.
  4. Bake 25 mins 350 degree Farenheit oven.
