Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 oz chocolate chips (semi sweet are best)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine in sauce pan.
  3. Add sugars eggs vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients.
  5. Combine wet and dry.
  6. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
  7. Drop by table spoon onto parchment paper and place parchment paper on baking stone(or cookie sheet if not using a baking stone).
