Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion

Directions:

  1. Slice the tomatoes and onion very thinly.
  2. Sprinkle on the salt and douse with lemon juice to your taste. Toss together and serve next to or on top of pilau.
