Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients, except bread, together.
  2. Spray a skillet with pam.
  3. Dip bread on both sides in mixture.
  4. Brown on both sides in skillet.
