Jude's Yummy Fudge Recipe (New Zealand)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients together in a decent sized pot, stirring ALL THE TIME (mega important) Boil for 10 minutes (yep, still stirring all the time) Mixture should turn a golden brown.
  2. Take off the heat and beat with a wooden spoon for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour into a lightly buttered tin, leave to set and cut into squares before it sets totally solid.
