Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Stir cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add eggs, mix together.
  3. Stir in corn, oil and sour cream.
  4. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch cake pan.
  5. Bake 400 degs for 25 minutes until brown.
