Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in diced onion.
  4. Place in microwave save dish and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Stop and stir.
  6. Cook 1 1/2-2 minutes longer on high.
