Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil in large pot.
  2. Add garlic and onion stirring until onions are transparent.
  3. Add the canned tomatoes. Mix well.
  4. Add the condensed cream of chicken soup.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and add the cabbage and mixed vegetables.
  6. Let this cook on medium heat until cabbage is soft and vegetables are tender.
  7. This is really good with some cornbread.
