Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cupplus 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs untill light add sugar gradually Beat untill thick and smooth add grated lemon rind Sift flour with Baking powder and salt add alternately with milk to egg mixture Pour in a shallow 14x10 inch pan lined with wax paper Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes Turn out onto damp cloth Spread on Jely roll up wrap in wax paper cool Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving 6-8 servings
