Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add butter to skillet or omelet pan.
  2. Add jalapenos, peppers and onions and sauté until onions are glassy looking.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and herbs.
  4. Beat eggs and water and slowly pour throughout sauteed mixture.
  5. Simmer covered over low heat until eggs are set.
  6. Add cheese and melt slightly then add minced basil.
