Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook rice, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion in butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add broth, wine and seasonings.
  3. Cover.
  4. Simmer 45 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in peas.
  6. Add cheese.
