Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 350 degrees
  2. For 1 hour. It may take longer if you add alot of extra stuff. It will be very golden brown due to the sugar and juice from pineapple
  3. Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pans. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove to a wire rack.
  4. Beat eggs, oil sugar, vanilla. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine dry add to egg mixture with raisins and nuts or what ever else you add. Stir to blend. Pour into pans and bake.
  5. Serve sliced with cream cheese or butter.
  6. You can make a sugar glaze if you wish. Very moist easy quick bread.
