Italian Potatoe Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 5 lb potatoes
  • 1/2 to whole red onion , depending on size
  • italian salad dressing--- i always use good season's

Directions:

  1. Boil, cool then cut potatoes into bite size pieces
  2. Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces as well
  3. Cut red onion into slices
  4. Add as much Salad dressing as desired
  5. This is another recipe that gets better as it sits
