Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together meat, crackers, onion and garlic in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into 2 inch meatballs.
  3. Cook meatballs in a non-stick skillet until browned on all sides.
  4. Drain any fat from pan.
  5. Add tomato sauce, and heat.
  6. Slice the french bread in half.
  7. Scoop out some of the bread in the bottom half with a fork, leaving a shallow space for the meatballs to rest inches.
  8. Spoon the meatballs and sauce into the space you made for them.
  9. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and top with the other half of the bread.
