Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small onion, diced into very small pieces
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. heat 1c oil in a frying pan.
  2. 2. mix together remaining ingredients.
  3. 3. form into small patties , fry a few minutes on each side.
