Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Make crust by mixing together the butter, cream cheese, flour and salt. Divide equally into 8 pieces.
  3. Turn a muffin tin upside down and spray (the bottom side of the pan) with cooking spray.
  4. Mold crust around the bottom of the muffin tins.
  5. Bake until Just brown(lightly browned)(about 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  8. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
  9. Stir in soup, sour cream, cheese, butter, and salt and pepper.
  10. Remove muffins from pan and place inside the muffin tins.
  11. Spoon broccoli mixture into each muffin.
  12. Return to oven and bakd for 5 to 8 minutes or until warm.
  13. Additional cheese or crisp bacon crumbles can be added if desired.
