Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a pie pan.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together, set aside.
  4. Beat sugar, margarine and eggs.
  5. Mix in pumpkin, milk and vanilla.
  6. Add sifted ingredients.
  7. Beat till smooth.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
