Impossible Blueberry Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a microwave safe bowl place blueberries, cinnamon, and half the butter and cook on high until blueberries are bubbly and cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a blender add the milk, other half of melted butter, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and Bisquick and blend for about 30 seconds or until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. The one I use is fairly deep.
  5. Spoon the blueberry mixture over the top in circles to give it a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top.
  7. Bake in oven for 1 hour until middle is set.
  8. This is good warm or cold.
