Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Do not add salt to this Recipe
  2. Cook frozen mixed vegetable in the can and half of water, add vegetables and water
  3. You may add or subtract liquid depending on how thick you like your chowder, use milk or water.
  4. No extra seasoning needed.
  5. Saute Onion and combine all ingredients
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with one tablespoon margarine or butter in bottom of bowl and your choice of crackers………
  8. Very Rich and Good!!!!!
