Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Unskin potatoes, cut into squares (1-1.5cm), boil until,soft
  2. Drain (separately) potatoes, vegetables, gherkins, pickled onions
  3. Slice gherkins (.5cm), then cut half or in fourths
  4. Cut SPAM and apples into squares (1cm)
  5. Slice pickled onions in half
  6. Mix everything and add mayonaise/vinegar/..
  7. Cool in the fridge for at least an hour or two, a day enables the flavours to mix well
  8. Serve with boiled egss/baguette/BBQ
