Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use 3 13.5 inch x 1 inch baking pan
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large container (dishpan) first. Mix all wet ingredients in separate container. Then pour wet into dry and mix well. DO NOT USE MIXER. Use your hands until all is mixed so there are no remaining dry ingredients visible.
  3. Grease and flour the cooking pans. Ideally use trays no bigger than 1 inch high sides. The mixture will be real thick. Divide into equal parts on cook pans. Mix will be stickey. Wet your hands with warm water to spread mixture evenly in pans. Bake at about 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Allow to cool until warm to touch then cut in 1 inch squares or 2 x 2 in. squares.
  5. Store the bread in an airtight container on counter in cool area or in refrigerator. This recipe makes a lot.
  6. DO NOT USE A BREAD MACHINE!
