Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut meat into serving pieces; trim fat.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper, and pound into meat.
  3. Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
  4. Add onion and green pepper,and cook until soft.
  5. Add beans, tomato sauce and mushrooms.
  6. Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
  8. Serve with rice, or a tossed salad and cornbread.
