Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped (i use parsley because i don'tsp like the taste of cilantro)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Put beans in processor and puree
  2. Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, chipotles, salt, and cilantro On low, mix ingredients well while adding oil in a slow, steady stream
  3. Season with salt and pepper
