Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • water , to get good consistency

Directions:

  1. In a food processor blend the garlic, then add the rest of the ingredients slowly adding water until smooth (or the olive brine if you are making olive hummus). Garnish with dried parsley or zatar. Enjoy!
