Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) can tahini ( sesame butter)
  • 1 (12 oz) can garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon , juice and pulp
  • 4 -6 garlic cloves, to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
  2. Blend till smooth and creamy, using the blending blades.
  3. Put into bowl.
  4. Chill in refrgerator overnight or al least 4 hours.
  5. Serve with peeled slices of Jicama or other veggies.
