Ingredients:
1 can mashed chickpeas
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon salt or 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon (according to taste)
salt
crushed garlic (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Add a little parsley and olive oil for presentation.
3. Serve with fried flat bread.
