Hot Salsa No Cilantro

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups peppers - 10 habanero , the rest jalapeno
  • 1.5 tbsp salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour.
