Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, and crumble.
  2. Cook onion in bacon fat until lightly browned.
  3. Blend in flour, add bacon, vinegar and water, seasoning.
  4. Bring to boil, add potatoes, mixing lightly.
  5. Heat; may cool and use later.
